Generally, the forum has an educational purpose and it helps the communication between the trainer and the trainees. The Oneglobal Technology forum is divided in three separate categories, naming Talking About SAP, Talking About SOx, and Talking About Software Testing. Each one of these categories is divided in several other sub-categories. Thus, the SAP is category divided in:

How to Use the Oneglobal Technology Forum

Anyone can have access to the Oneglobal Technology forum, but only registered users can create profiles and come up with new topics. In order to post a message you just have to click the relevant button on the topic screen. Depending if you are logged in as a member you may have several facilities, which are listed at the bottom of the forum. (You can post new topics, You can vote in polls, etc). Keep in mind that only the administrator and the forum moderators have unlimited access to everything, while a simple member can edit or delete only their own posts. In order to do this you need to click the edit button. In case the respective post has already been replied to, you are shown a small text box, which lists the number of times you edited that exact post. Regular members are not allowed to delete posts once they have been replied to.

Besides posting new topics you have the possibility to create new polls. This requires quite an easy procedure as when you post a new topic, you can see an Add Poll form. In case you do not see this form, it means that you do not have the rights to create new polls. You are required to enter a title for the pole and at least two options. Also, you can set a time limit for the pole. The board admin will decide upon the number of options you will be allowed to list. Post can be edited the same way as the posts. In order to edit a poll you need to click the first post in the topic that is always associated with the poll. Keep in mind that if the poll has been voted, only administrators and moderators can edit or delete them.

The administrators are assigned the ones that have the entire control over the board. They have the authority to control all facets of board operations, including setting permissions, banning users, creating user groups or moderators. They also function as moderators in all categories of the forum.

The moderators can be represented by single individuals or by groups of individuals whose tasks are to look after the good running of the forum on a daily basis. They have complete power over the forum they moderate, meaning that they can edit, delete posts and lock, unlock, move, delete and split topics. In general, moderators have to ensure that no one is going off-topic or is posting abusive/offensive material.

Please note that some forums could be limited to only certain users or groups of users. In order to access these forums you need to be granted permission by the moderator or administrator. Also, only registered users are allowed to vote polls.
